 Relaxation

Relaxation is not something that you actively pursue. 

Relaxation is something that you simply let happen.

Relaxation is what is left when you stop creating tension.

While you cannot force relaxation to happen, you CAN learn skills that help you get into a calm, clear, and alert quality of presence. By building a sense or awareness of your body's stress or tension, you can learn to feel when you are holding more tension than you need. When you learn to release that extra tension, both brain and muscles are vitalized with oxygen and nutrients. This lets you think more clearly, make better decisions, and act in a more mindful, efficient way. Drop the tension, let RELAX happen.
